The creators of the hit comedy entertainer Gatta Kusthi dropped the first-look poster and official release date for its highly anticipated sequel, Gatta Kusthi 2, on Friday, May 15, 2026.
Release Date and Plot Details
- Theatrical Debut: The film is officially scheduled to hit theaters on July 3, 2026.
- Story Continuity: The second installment is a sports drama that continues in the same universe as the original movie. It is expected to pick up directly from the first film’s climax, where the protagonist Veera and his wrestler wife Keerthi became parents to a daughter right after her big wrestling match victory. The sequel will continue to present everyday household and marital issues in a highly comical way.
