Movie fans have been eagerly waiting for director SS Rajamouli and actor Suriya to join forces for a film. Recently, Rajamouli finally addressed these rumors and speculation at a promotional event in Chennai for the upcoming movie Don’t Trouble the Trouble.
What Happened at the Event?
During the event, the host directly asked Rajamouli if he would be collaborating with Suriya. Rajamouli smiled and mentioned that he fully expected to be asked that question.
However, he intentionally refrained from giving specific details or confirming concrete plans. He explained his reasoning clearly: if he shared any major updates about a project with Suriya right now, it would instantly dominate the headlines and take attention away from the film they were currently assembled to promote (Don’t Trouble the Trouble).
A Tease for the Future
Even while avoiding specifics, Rajamouli left the audience with an exciting teaser. He stated that whenever he and Suriya eventually team up for a movie, “it will be something special.”
Suriya, who was sitting in the front row during the event, smiled, laughed, and appeared to agree with Rajamouli’s clever response.
Current Status of the Collaboration
- Official Timeline: As of now, there is no official timeline or announced start date for this project.
- Fan Expectations: Rajamouli’s playful comments have reignited excitement among fans, ensuring the buzz surrounding their eventual collaboration remains stronger than ever.
