The makers of the upcoming Telugu film Comrade Kalyan have officially released its teaser, offering audiences a glimpse into a unique comedy setup. Popular actor Sree Vishnu, often called the “King of Entertainment,” plays the lead role alongside actress Mahima Nambiar.
What is the Story About?
The film is directed by Janakiram Marella and is set in 1992 near the Andhra–Odisha border.
Sree Vishnu stars as Thaatikonda Kalyan, a most-wanted Naxalite who does not take his serious job seriously. Instead of focusing solely on his duties, Kalyan falls in love with the female lead (played by Mahima Nambiar) and spends his energy trying to win her heart. His funny attempts to woo her create many humorous situations. Meanwhile, the police are actively searching for him.
The main plot of the movie follows how Kalyan manages to escape the police while simultaneously trying to impress the woman he loves.
