Director Vassishta Clarifies Rumors About Chiranjeevi’s “Vishwambhara”

Following a period of silence from the production team, director Vassishta has addressed recent speculations regarding the structure and release of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming film, Vishwambhara.

The Two-Part Release Rumor

Recently, rumors began spreading on social media suggesting that Vishwambhara would be split and released in two parts. However, director Vassishta quickly dismissed these reports. When asked about the speculation, he responded sarcastically, asking, “Oh, is it?”, and clarified that there are no plans to divide the movie into multiple parts.

Reason for the Delay

Originally planned for a January 2025 release, the film has faced significant delays. The main reason for the hold-up is the extensive Visual Effects (VFX) work. Chiranjeevi himself previously noted that the second half of the movie is heavily driven by graphics, and the team is taking extra time to ensure the quality meets high standards rather than rushing the release.
