The highly anticipated movie project, currently called NBK112, has officially started. This exciting new film brings together the famous actor Nandamuri Balakrishna and the well-known director Koratala Siva for the very first time.
The movie kicked off with a grand and traditional launch ceremony (pooja ceremony) held in Amaravati.
Top Cinematographer Joins the Team
The filmmakers shared some big news regarding the crew. The acclaimed cinematographer Sathyan Sooryan has been officially hired as the film’s Director of Photography (DOP). He will be the person responsible for capturing the look and visual style of the movie.
Sathyan Sooryan is highly praised in the film industry for his beautiful and striking camera work. He has a fantastic track record and has worked on several major movies across different languages:
- In Telugu cinema: He worked on hit movies like Yatra and Dasara.
- In Tamil cinema: His famous works include Master, Kaithi, Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru, and the upcoming movie Jana Nayagan.
Behind the Scenes and Release Timeline
This project is being made on a massive scale with a very big budget. Two popular production houses, SLV Cinemas and Yuvasudha Arts, are teaming up to jointly produce the film.
Fans won’t have to wait too long for the cameras to start rolling. The team plans to begin shooting the movie in August 2026. The makers are aiming to bring this grand cinematic experience to theaters for a major Summer 2027 release.
